Feel better. Be stronger. Live lighter.

Here's some liberating news: Most diseases can be prevented or treated, and some can even be reversed, through our daily dietary and lifestyle choices.Despite our genes and the issues they've brought into our lives, or the social circumstances we've experienced that were beyond our control, we still have the power to make choices to increase our health, vitality, and resiliency. NICE TO MEET YOU

Sherri

I have been interested in health and wellness from a young age. In my early 20s, I read Dr. Colbin's Food and Healing, which inspired me to take responsibility for my health instead of being passive and thinking I was helpless. Her work empowered me to be inquisitive about food and make choices that privilege common sense, acknowledge my species' needs and systems, and honor my values and circumstances.I have a certificate in Plant-Based Nutrition from the T. Colin Campbell Institute for Nutrition Studies, where I've also taken courses in plant-based cooking and meal planning. I was certified in an early Katy Bowman program in natural movement and continue to follow her work. I have taken classes from Virender Sodhi, the first Ayurvedic + Naturopathic physician in the U.S., and read (and listen) widely to all things nutrition, health, and longevity.Living with celiac disease from a very young age (finally diagnosed in my thirties), I was always searching for the elusive great digestion I thought I should be able to have. Over the years, I have tried macrobiotic, pescatarian, vegetarian, high-fat raw, low-fat raw, paleo, and low-fodmap diets, each with strengths and weaknesses. I learned a lot through these experiences. I now eat a whole foods, plant-based diet and thrive like never before.
